Hello. I’m Connie Briscoe and I’ve been a full-time published author for more than twenty-five years. Over that time, I have written seven novels, a novella, and a nonfiction book. My work has hit the bestseller lists of the New York Times, Washington Post, USA Today, Baltimore Sun and other publications. I’ve been featured in many articles, as well as on television and radio programs such as Good Morning America.
I was born with a mild hearing impairment but have never let that hold me back. After progressively losing more of my hearing for decades, several years ago I had a cochlear implant and it restored much of what I had lost. I actually believe that the challenges of dealing with a hearing loss helped make me strong, resilient, and more determined to reach my goals.
In my spare time, I enjoy traveling and crafting jewelry.
